Review: Pham Fatale Food Tasting

So, last week I had the pleasure of attending a food tasting featuring cuisine prepared by the Pham Fatale…Jacquline Pham.

Let me say that I am NOT a food blogger and simply a lover of good food.

Tasty doesn’t even begin to describe the luciousness of what she prepared.  First up was a yummy vietnamese chicken sandwich on homemade bread garnered with carrots, jicama and other veggies for the right amount of crunch!  A vegetaian version with a sweet potato offered a little more smoothness with the crunch.  BTW…My Mom adored both versions.  Next, was a lightly sweetened cookie made from pistachios!  My mother and I had more than our share of those and washed it down with some very smooth roasted  vietnamese coffee with cream.  It was a perfectly prepared  hosted by Casa Chocolate.
